Upin amp; Ipin Official on Twitter: quot;Gold amp; Silver Play - Upin & Ipin is a 2007 Malaysian tv group of animated shorts made by Les' Copaque Development, which features the life span and activities of the eponymous twin brothers in a fictional Malaysian kampung. Formerly a side project for the blockbuster animated film Geng: The Adventure Gets started, Upin & Ipin was created on TV9 on 13 Sept 2007 as a six-episode Ramadan/Eid special, to instruct children the significance of the Islamic holy month. By 2014, the series has already reached its eighth season, including another Ramadan speci season in 2008, and, season three onwards, the year-long, more basic themed Upinipin and Friends, the series' international debut via the Disney Channel Asia, with an increase of concentrating on revealing the lives of The Twins with the friends on the normal days.
