Dubbing beloved series Upin amp; Ipin into US English - Upin & Ipin is a 2007 Malaysian tv set series of animated shorts made by Les' Copaque Creation, which features the life span and ventures of the eponymous twin brothers in a imaginary Malaysian kampung. Formerly a side project for the blockbuster animated film Geng: THE EXPERIENCE Gets started, Upin & Ipin was released on TV9 on 13 September 2007 as a six-episode Ramadan/Eid special, to teach children the importance of the Islamic holy month. As of 2014, the series has reached its eighth season, including another Ramadan speci season in 2008, and, season three onwards, the year-long, more general themed Upinipin and Friends, the series' international debut via the Disney Channel Asia, with an increase of concentrating on revealing to the lives of The Twins with the friends on the standard days.
