cartoon1world: UPIN AND IPIN - Upin & Ipin is a 2007 Malaysian television series of animated shorts made by Les' Copaque Creation, which features the life span and journeys of the eponymous twin brothers in a fictional Malaysian kampung. Formerly a side task for the blockbuster cartoon film Geng: THE EXPERIENCE Takes place, Upin & Ipin was released on Television set9 on 13 September 2007 as a six-episode Ramadan/Eid special, to teach children the importance of the Islamic holy month. As of 2014, the series has already reached its eighth season, including another Ramadan speci season in 2008, and, season three onwards, the year-long, more standard themed Upinipin and Friends, the series' international debut via the Disney Route Asia, with an increase of concentrating on revealing the lives on the Twins with the friends on the normal days.
