upinipin – Ribu News - Upin & Ipin is a 2007 Malaysian tv series of animated shorts made by Les' Copaque Production, which features the life span and activities of the eponymous twin brothers in a imaginary Malaysian kampung. Formerly a side task for the blockbuster cartoon film Geng: THE EXPERIENCE Starts out, Upin & Ipin was presented on Tv set9 on 13 September 2007 as a six-episode Ramadan/Eid special, to instruct children the importance of the Islamic holy month. By 2014, the series has already reached its eighth season, including another Ramadan speci season in 2008, and, season three onwards, the year-long, more standard themed Upinipin and Friends, the series' international debut via the Disney Route Asia, with more concentrating on revealing to the lives with the Twins with their friends on the normal days.
